Where everyday people learn to stay safe online

You don't have to be a tech expert to protect your family.

Kitchen Table Firewall is a judgment-free space for parents, families, and anyone who feels left behind by the digital world. No jargon. No fear. Just practical, human conversations about staying safe online.

Safe to not know
No dumb questions
Always free to attend

Cybersecurity that feels like a kitchen table conversation.

I started Kitchen Table Firewall because I noticed a gap — most cybersecurity advice is written for people who already speak the language. Parents who aren't tech-savvy get left behind, and their kids are often the most vulnerable as a result.

I'm not here to impress you with technical knowledge. I'm here to sit across from you, answer your questions honestly, and help you feel capable and confident about protecting the people you love online.

This is a space where not knowing is the starting point, and growing at your own pace is the whole point.

I also believe in being transparent about how I work. I use AI to help me write, design, and build — because I think technology should be used intentionally and honestly, which is kind of the whole point of everything I do here. My content is human-led, but AI-assisted. And I prefer Claude.
